As part of the brew team you will play a crucial role in the production of our beers, every step of the way from grain through to glass and ensure that our products are the very best they can be. The right candidates will also have opportunities to flex their creative muscles and contribute to recipe creation and process development.

Duties & Responsibilities
Daily beer checks
Making Tank additions
Running our four head filler canning line
Packaging into cask and keg
Cleaning and sanitising throughout the brewery
Adhering to SOPs, HACCP etc.
Positive working attitude, highly motivated and a team player
Strong discipline and good time keeping
Ability to communicate effectively to supervisors with a great attention to detail
Being able to follow procedures once trained
Having worked on a small packaging line would be beneficial
Ideally live local to the brewery or willing to relocate
Experience in Brewman Production and Management software would be an advantage
Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday from 07:00am to 15:00pm (These can vary, depending on the brewing schedule e.g. 05:00am – 13:00pm; 12:00pm – 20:00pm) and occasional weekend work.
