Brewed in collaboration with Toast Ales & inspired by Irish Soda Bread, this is our take on an Irish Red Ale. Aran is full-bodied, soft and creamy. Waste bread makes up 30% of the grain bill helping reduce food waste & 5% of all proceeds of Aran will be donated to Dacorum Food Bank.

Berkhopsted is our annually released wet hop harvest ale made with hops grown and picked from our Berkhamsted Tap & Bottleshop Garden. Deep golden colour with a complex herbal & grassy flavour It is a truly local beer from plant to pint.

Summertime, and the sippin’s easy! this beer is the first mad squirrel sour and is designed to be the perfect accompaniment to long hot days and al fresco drinking. Expect a fruity refreshing first wave to be followed by a face scrunching sour second wave. Pucker up for puckerberry!
We brew beer, but we also brew a lot of tea, (for office consumption). “hang on a minute, why don’t we combine the two!” we thought, so that’s what we did. This pale is infused with rooibos + darjeeling tea for a delicate, refreshing & invigorating flavour experience.

Conceived during the apocalyptic “beast from the east” snowstorm; Niveous is both an ode to sub-freezing blizzards and a dream of tropical summers.
