Earlier this year we released De La Nut Hazelnut Milk Stout and everyone went mad for it! Well, it’s back, it’s bigger, boozier, and even nuttier than before! a hazelnut milk stout. Smooth and creamy from added lactose sugar. Expect sweet chocolate, caramel flavours, finished off with a decadent nutty edge from real hazelnuts.

Brewed in collaboration with Toast Ales & inspired by Irish Soda Bread, this is our take on an Irish Red Ale. Aran is full-bodied, soft and creamy. Waste bread makes up 30% of the grain bill helping reduce food waste & 5% of all proceeds of Aran will be donated to Dacorum Food Bank.

Summertime, and the sippin’s easy! this beer is the first mad squirrel sour and is designed to be the perfect accompaniment to long hot days and al fresco drinking. Expect a fruity refreshing first wave to be followed by a face scrunching sour second wave. Pucker up for puckerberry!
We brew beer, but we also brew a lot of tea, (for office consumption). “hang on a minute, why don’t we combine the two!” we thought, so that’s what we did. This pale is infused with rooibos + darjeeling tea for a delicate, refreshing & invigorating flavour experience.

Brewed with hops from the land of the long white cloud, this beer is a Koha (gift) of fruity refreshment. Rakau, Wai-iti, Dr Rudi & Motueka hops give lemon and stone fruit notes that lead to a bitter citrus finish. Flavours grown in NZ and gifted from our brewery to your palate.
Conceived during the apocalyptic “beast from the east” snowstorm; Niveous is both an ode to sub-freezing blizzards and a dream of tropical summers. A white IPA, single hopped with Ekuanot and with orange and lime peel added. A full billowy wheat led body is danced over by tropical citrus memories. Niveous, inspired by the winter, wishing for the summer.
A classic belgian style, brewed by modern hop obsessives. Ascension has been hopped in the mash, the boil, double dry-hopped & then fermented with a blend of vermont & belle saison yeast.
